Peterborough Utilities Services Inc. (PUSI) is the billing and collecting agent for Peterborough Distribution Inc. (electricity), Peterborough Utilities Commission (water), the City of Peterborough (sewer surcharge) and other miscellaneous charges.

If you live in Lakefield, the water charges and sewer surcharge are collected on behalf of your local municipality, any rate questions regarding these charges please contact 705-292-9507.
 
Your invoice contains a lot of information regarding your consumption and the financial transactions on your account.  It can be complex. The format of our invoices are controlled and adhere to Ontario Energy Board specifications.
