Customer Self Service Web Portal
Access to the web portal will require your account number and a PIN number. A temporary PIN number will be sent to you very soon on your bill. Watch for this over the next few weeks. You will be prompted to change your PIN the first time you log in. Remember to keep your password in a safe place where you will remember, as once you log in the message on your bill will disappear! But, if you do forget your password, we can always reset it for you.
Soon we will have notification that your bill is ready to view! That means that you may choose not to have a paper bill sent to you. When we are ready to do this, we will let you know.
