Custom Project Worksheet: Applicants applying for incentives for Custom measures must complete and submit the worksheet below.
Notice of Completion: All applicants seeking incentive payment after gaining pre-approval for a retrofit project must complete and submit a single Notice of Completion once the equipment is installed and in-service.
