- Consumer Alert: Door to Door Sales of Water Filtration Systems Peterborough Utilities Group is issuing this alert to consumers regarding recent tactics of door to door sales of water filtration systems.
- Phasing Out the Penny As of February 4th, 2013 cash payments received from financial institutions and field collection visits will be rounded and applied to the account holder's account. Any debit or credit balance will be carried over to the following billing period.
- Ontario’s System-Wide Electricity Supply Mix: 2011 Data Electricity Retailing – Disclosure to Consumers, O. Reg. 416/99, requires retailers to disclose to consumers the Ontario system-wide electricity supply mix in the manner established by the Ontario Energy Board.
