To submit bids to Peterborough Utilities Group, you must subscribe as a vendor for the bids&tenders™ system.


Subscription to bids&tenders™ is available for one low, annual cost of $175.05 CDN. A subscription grants you unlimited access to hundreds of buyers and open bids across North America. View all open bids on the bids&tenders™ platform, even without a subscription, and subscribe when you choose to bid.

Only bidding once this year? A one-time bid fee is available for $52.38 CDN per bid.

Purchasing Department

The Purchasing and Materials Manager is responsible for purchasing goods and services in accordance with established Policy, Practice and the Law of Agency. This includes issuing and receiving of all quotations, tenders, contracts, request for proposals, request for information and two-step bids.

Purchasing is the first point of contact for existing and potential suppliers and their sales representatives.
