"We Start With Safety" is our corporate safety slogan. The safety of our employees and the public is our number one priority. Some of Peterborough Utililities Inc.'s generation facilities are located near the water, and all of our facilities have electrical substations that contain high voltage equipment. We have implemented safety measures at our facilities that are intended to create awareness about the hazard and to keep the public at a safe distance.
